Vacay!

Perfect summer vacation day.



Sand, sun, water, hamburgers, ice cream, campfire, marshmallows...can't get much better! (We will forget how much fun it is trying to keep 4 kids 5 and under away from the fire.)

Cousin love!

It was so fun to surprise Jane and Penny with Averie and Arlyn showing up today. It was chilly and windy today, but still just fun to all be together. We tried having a campfire in the evening, but even with the picnic table windbreak, it was crazy windy. I think it's fun to make the best of it for the girls. Things aren't always going to be perfect, but sometimes just being together is enough.

We made it to Caseville. We're staying at Tranquil Sands Resort again. It's a little chilly, but we're excited to have a few days to just relax and be together as a family. It's so beautiful here. We went for a walk on the beach and collected some rocks, and the girls and I braved the water for a few minutes tonight. Looking forward to a fun weekend.

Rockabye

Mike's moving all the boulders along the back of the house in prep for the electrical work we're having done to move the box to the back of the house.

There are a lot of rocks.

They are huge. They are heavy.

He had to use the duelly to move most of them. It's not fun at all for him to play in the dirt with mud and rocks and his truck. Haha.

Averie turns four.

We attended Averie's birthday party in port huron. Fun cousin times. Girls are growing up!!
